Thank God, the reception staff and security guards were very helpful. I was on the 5th floor and the elevator was broken, making it difficult to bring my luggage down. The room smelled unpleasant. Toiletries weren't provided, even though I'd asked for them several times, but they still weren't provided. The towels were very thin and didn't absorb any air. There were no bolsters, and the head pillow was so thin it wasn't even usable.

This is my umpteenth time staying here. Because the location is strategic, close to the main road and shopping centers. The staff is friendly. The price is affordable, just need to pay attention to the towels in each room, sometimes there are some available, sometimes there are no. The room is quite clean, maybe the bathroom needs renovation, the TV needs to be replaced with a new one, and the walls need to be painted to make it look cleaner. Otherwise, everything is okay.

A hotel like Oyo, this Antara hotel can be an option for families, with easy access to the capital, bus stops, and the station. The room is comfortable for those with children, but for those with babies, bathing is a bit difficult because the shower is fixed, not intermittent, although the hot and cold water settings work very well. The TV could be updated because it's too old and cramped. The Wi-Fi is very fast, the room is spacious, the AC is cool, and the elevator is very helpful for getting to the room. Recommended for overnight stays for families with children. Good job
