I've stayed at the Santika BSD Hotel several times. It's top notch👍. It's close to the mall, just go downstairs and you'll find Teras Kota Mall. I'm especially impressed by the excellent service from the receptionist, Mr. Ansori, who is friendly, smiling, and very helpful. Santika BSD is the best 👍😍

The service at Grand Zuri BSD is very good. The hotel staff is very friendly and ready to help with various guest requests. Incredibly easy and smooth check-in/out. Though I got a room on the 4th floor, special shout out to that one male staff who voluntarily (without being asked!) and very swiftly assisted me lifting both of my heavy duffel bags all the way. Overall a very worthwhile stay, would rebook whenever I need a place to crash.

I stayed for one night. The staff is friendly. There is an elevator which makes it very easy for guests who bring suitcases. The room is clean. All the facilities provided are in good condition and function well, there is also a pantry. Towels and toiletries are provided. The sheets and others are quite clean and comfortable. Access is very easy. Very close to places to eat such as food courts, cafes, and also minimarkets. Recommended for those who are staying for a while in the BSD area. 👍.
