The staff is friendly and very helpful. Ample parking. The hotel is strategically located within a complex, so there's not much traffic. It's very close to Simpang Lima, within walking distance. The rooms are quite spacious, clean, have a good layout, and come with an Android TV. There's also a small balcony for city views.

This was my first time staying at the Hotel Louise Kienne. It's very comfortable, artistic, clean, and has friendly staff. It's also very reasonably priced. For its price range, I can confidently recommend this particular hotel especially for solo travelers on a budget. I stayed in a standard single bed room and even with a breakfast, it was still far reasonably cheaper than other similar hotel rooms without a breakfast option and the breakfast was even a buffet style! The room that I stayed in may not look brand new but it was clean and comfortable. The AC was cool and working well while the hot water in the shower worked as intended.
While I have not gotten a chance to fully experience the other facilities yet, I was still impressed with other offers such as laundry service and spa. From the hotel, you could easily walk to Paragon Mall too!
