Absolutely brilliant staff, from the arrival airport driver Rahman and all reception team who greeted me nicely upon arrival at the hotel, they were amazing. I can't thank each one of the housekeepings at the corridor as well, all were super helpful and amazing. My high floor request has fulfilled and the room definitely comfy. I wrote something on a paper in the room to the team for the fabulous service indeed. Would love to be back again next time ☺

Stayed overnight due to an early morning flight. I was impressed by how clean and fragrant the room was. The mattress and pillows were just right. I slept soundly, which is just what I need for a long trip.

The location is great if you need a hotel near the airport. It is a 15-minute shuttle ride, which the hotel arranges. Breakfast was good, starts at 4:00 AM, which is great if you have an early flight. Would recommend.

Hi, I'm Niena. We happened to be from out of town heading to Kuala Lumpur. On the morning flight, I decided to take Hotel Neo because the hotel is very large and close to the airport, only 10 minutes away. Comfortable, clean. All the hotel room facilities are good, clean, and new. I booked two rooms for one night only and there is a connecting door so those who bring children are very safe. The AC is very cold, all the rooms are nice and very clean. There is an airport shuttle service but I brought a driver so I didn't use it. The breakfast food was okay. All five of us and were supposed to have breakfast for 4 people but were allowed to enter without paying again. Wow, thank you very much to Hotel Neo, I was very impressed. When I entered the restaurant toilet, it was very nice and clean. Satisfied staying here, only there are so many rooms that when I wanted to use the elevator I was confused about how to get around 🤣 Very nice for all, thanks Neo Hotel Cengkareng.

This is my second check-in at the hotel, formerly known as Hotel Pop. It's close to street food, and what I really like is that it offers a free shuttle bus to Soekarno-Hatta Airport. It's perfect for business travelers on early morning flights or to rest before flying home.
