The hotel smelled nice, was clean, and looked brand new. I was amazed by the room. It was spacious, had a sofa bed, and sleeping on it was incredibly comfortable. The bed was super big. My husband, wife, and two children could sleep comfortably.

Firstly, the price of this very affordable hotel is really worth staying and the facilities are really good. The staff and reception are friendly and responsive. There is also a refrigerator to store food. If there are dirty amenities, when we report it, they are hesitant to quickly replace them with new ones. The staff is also 24 hours so you can c. O at dawn. The strategic location is close to the airport and market. It is really highly recommended for a transit stay or a long stay.

Staffs are very friendly. They even offered a free ride to ferry terminal next to the hotel building because it was raining the day when I checked out. Will definitely stay at Harris again if I go back Batam.
