I've stayed here many times; it's comfortable and safe for families. The kids love it, especially with the swimming pool and playground. The breakfast menu is also delicious...anyway, if you're planning an event in Bukittinggi and need to stay overnight, this is the place to go.

The hotel staff is friendly, the service and facilities are satisfactory, the location is strategically close to the Jam Gadang tourist attraction, the zoo, and the surrounding area.

I am very grateful to the staff at Royal Denai View. The story is that my child's shoes were left in the hotel lobby. However, I only realized it after arriving home, which is three hours from the hotel. The shoes were not ordinary shoes, but therapeutic shoes prescribed by a doctor and my child must wear them. I contacted the hotel and fortunately the shoes were handed over by the guest who found them to the hotel staff. I am very grateful and impressed because the staff I contacted were very friendly. They even helped send the shoes to my house. While the package had not arrived, I asked several times and the staff still answered very friendly. I am very grateful and will never forget this kindness
