An unforgettable experience: a noise-free hotel with a peaceful environment and beautiful views.
Arrival facilities include ample parking for cars and easy access to the lobby.
The food is varied, especially at breakfast, with both Western and traditional dishes.
The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, providing all the information in a communicative manner.
The most enjoyable part is the evenings, with the city lights of lower Semarang a magical experience. In the morning, when the sun begins to shine, the beautiful view is clearly visible from the corridor in front of my room on the 6th floor.
The fair price is another plus point for me; it doesn't feel expensive.
The location is another plus: it's in upper Semarang, but access to lower Semarang is not far, and the city center can be reached in 10 minutes.
If I ever visit Semarang, I will stay here again, with all the assurance of comfort and guaranteed service.

Staying here was amazing!
The first thing that made me feel at home: as soon as I entered the hotel, the atmosphere felt incredibly serene. Perfect for healing. It was truly a treat for the eyes!
Furthermore, the check-in process was super easy and fast. There were no hassles or long waits. This was all thanks to the friendly hotel staff. From the receptionist to the person helping with luggage, their smiles were genuine and the service was top-notch.
Overall, this hotel is a must-try if you're looking for a peaceful stay with five-star service, but with a warm vibe. Recommended!

Staying at Oak Tree Emerald Semarang was truly comfortable. The location is quiet and beautiful, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, ensuring a great night's sleep. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have a warm ambiance. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and check-in is very fast. The swimming pool, restaurant, and spa facilities make your stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast is also varied and delicious. Overall, Oak Tree Emerald is a perfect choice for a staycation or business trip, offering a relaxing atmosphere.

Friendly service, comfortable, cool location even though it is far from busy places, the food is just lacking in variety, only the bathroom cleanliness is a bit lacking because when you first enter the bathroom you feel a bit pee-y, maybe because the hotel is old, maintenance is lacking

The check-in process took quite a while because many rooms weren't ready at check-in time. The location is quite strategic, despite being in a residential area with a cool forest atmosphere. The room lighting needs to be improved.
