A hotel with a beach and beautiful views, especially in the afternoon. There is also a live DJ. It is also suitable for those who bring their families because there are many swimming pools that make families feel at home.

This hotel offers a fantastic ambiance. We could relax while enjoying the sea breeze. The breakfast experience was stupendous. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly.

It is an amazing little gem! Beautiful room and best TV ever I have come across in any hotel, even better than in some 5-star resorts! And compliments to the chefs! Food was A+. Definitely will stay here again!

The hotel is not too big, for a 10 year old child there is an extra charge for the stay (not including breakfast). Unfortunately the TV facilities are not yet smart. Interesting food, very small swimming pool.

The hotel is really good but the staff is really unfit to work in a 4 star hotel. I came and there was no greeting or smile. When I first arrived at the hotel, I wanted to park my car without any help from the staff in front of the parking lot (just kept quiet). When I checked in, I was told to park correctly! Hello, is it justified to ask customers like that? I stayed here instead of paying 300,400 or even 500 thousand. Service should be improved further! It's useless for a good hotel but the service is really bad, really bad 🤯.

Sagara Candidasa is a great hotel with kind customers and a good view. The hotel room is luxury and clean. Food and drinks taste awesome. Thank you 🙏.

Check in mudah dan cepat, pelayanan oke dan ramah + welcome drink-nya enak dan special, view pantai, indah pagi, siang dan malam.

Kamar luas, bantal (note: bantalnya masih wangi rambut bekas tamu sebelumnya kayaknya, mungkin belum sempat ganti sarung bantalnya), kasur empuk, AC dingin, dekat pantai & jalan besar, breakfast mostly western food/vegetarian rasanya enak-enak, view kamar hanya garden karena view pantai hanya dari resto dan pool saja. Masalah cuma di kamar 101, pas buka pintu agak bau toilet, solusinya: tinggal buka jendela di toilet, dan buka pintu kamar 1-2 jam aja.

Cool for the swimming pool and sea view. The shower in the bathroom comes out very small. Too much calculation of the problem of room capacity, the room can only be filled with 2 people, children over the age of 5 years are subject to a charge.

Lumayan okey untuk kamarnya, ekspetasi gak terlalu bagus banget dikarenakan baru sudah berkali-kali menginap di hotel ini juga😄. Tapi untuk overall untuk semuanya bagus gak berbeda dengan hotel-hotel lainnya. Untuk kamar yang saya huni ini tipe Superior Big Single Bed, malam pertama sampai malam ketiga untuk penginapan saya. Niat awalnya mau coba - coba hotel lain rltapi karena takut zonk, akhirnya memilih untuk meneruskan di hotel Sagara Candidasa ini. Karena saya easa memang lebih bagus daripada hotel di sekitarnya #Sudahterlanjurnyaman 🤭. Untuk kualitas pelayanannya cukup mantap, resepsionis melayani dengan ramah, baik dan profesional. Untuk hotel kelas bintang 4 di Sagara Candidasa ini menurut saya kurang tepat dan kurang cocok ya, karena darimananya saya bisa mendapatkan fasilitas yang setara jumlah bintang tersebut sedangkan kondisi hotelnya juga sama dengan yang lainnya. Untuk dari segi breakfast nya saja menurut saya pribadi sangat kurang karena disediakan hanya beberapa menu dan disajikan bukan prasmanan, jadi jauh dari lengkap dan banyak pilihannya, serta metode penyajian juga biasa, dan untuk kamar yang saya inap itu menerus selama 3 malam, seharusnya untuk fasilitas seperti sabun mandi, buah, handuk, pasta gigi itu diperbarui setiap paginya. Selama saya menginap memang tidak pernah diperbarui untuk dihari berikutnya, untuk agar menjadi perhatian. Sama snack juga yang disediakan di kulkas sepertinya sangat tidak waiar harganya, saya pernah mendapatkan pengalaman luar biasa dari hotel bintang 3 dimana saya mendapatkan minuman di dalam kulkas secara cuma-cuma tanpa berbayar, ini malah berbayar. Mungkin agar jadi perhatian juga. Untuk aksesoris kamar lainnya saya merasakan nyaman terutama pemandangannya, Good job Sagara Candidasa and good home. Sukses terus 👍

Kolam renang menyenangkan langsung menghadap laut, stafnya semua helpful, kamarnya bersih dan rapi terawat walau masih era pandemi.

The rooms are quite spacious and the most pleasant thing is the location of the swimming pool which is directly adjacent to the beach, the view is very good. Provide mosquito repellent because there are lots of mosquitoes outside and there was a lizard that entered the food box in the room so it was not eaten. The rest is good.

This is a really recommended place to stay in Candidasa. The beach view is very instagramable.

The location is right on the beach but unfortunately there is no direct access to the beach so you have to walk about 300 m through the highway. The room facilities are very satisfying, the room is large and there is a terrace. Around there are many restaurants. The total number of room units is about 28 units.

Very pleasant, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere of the hotel is calm and comfortable. Staying here is like staying in a 5-star hotel even though it's a 3 star hotel! Good Job!

Really bad service. Not recommended.

Rooms are OK, everything is OK, except the parking space is limited to just a few cars.

The accommodation is located on the edge of the road, easy to find, around there is a mini market. Very friendly staff. So glad my room was upgraded. There is an infinity pool and a restaurant cafe, in the afternoon you can enjoy the sunset while swimming.

Beautiful place, it's just a shame that the amenities are lacking and there are no tissues in the room.
