I always prefer light-colored hotel interiors with a strategic location, so that's why I chose this hotel for my work trip. There are several things I'd like to address: 1. Most TV channels didn't get any signal. 2. The shower pressure was too low, and the water heater always worked terribly around 3-4 PM. 3. Soundproofing was meh. Besides that, the room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. It was a great stay, honestly.

The hotel staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and the breakfast was decent. The hotel's location is convenient if you want to grab a bite to eat. I did have an incident with my roommates arguing from 11 or 12 at night until 1 a.m. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again.

Overall, the service was good. Parking was a bit of a problem, and although valet service is free, it can be quite inconvenient if you leave something in your car. Room 806 was infested with bed bugs, but the hotel responded quickly to a room change request.

Strategic location, friendly staff. Rooms are not very spacious and comfortable enough. Cleanliness could be improved. Amenities are incomplete. TV has Netflix, HBO, and Disney, but you have to log in with your own account. There is a water dispenser in the hallway. There are many cafes and eateries around the hotel.

Before the day, I had confirmed via WhatsApp that I wanted an extra pillow, then when I checked in I said I wanted an extra pillow, and when the towels were delivered to the room I also said I wanted an extra pillow, but everything was just "nice", but in fact, I didn't get it until I checked out.
