Really regret it. The room is not the same as in the photo, to get the room key to check in you have to go to the waterplace first 😫
The room is dirty, the cooking utensils are rusty and dusty, the stove is all rusty, the bed has a lot of sand, the pillows have drool marks, there is no wifi 😫, you have to deposit 500 thousand and when you check out you ask for it again but it is thrown to other staff, I swear from the management, and the owner, they are all careless! This is the first time I have rented an apartment and got a bad one, bad service 😴😫

Overall kamar bersih dan rapi, cuma administrasi dan respon CS sangat lambat. Deposit terlalu besar, harus deposit 500 ribu dan saat pengembalian deposit sangat lama, customer yang harus aktif tanya dan konfirmasi. Saat harus deposit saja CS yang aktif tapi giliran pengembalian customer yang harus aktif tanya dan menghubungi. Padahal uang-uang saya tapi saya yang harus minta-minta. Mending sewa apart harian dari perorangan di FB, administrasi tidak ribet dan tidak ada deposit.

The unit was indeed clean but the AC and TV remote didn't work, and there was no hot water for showering. There is also no bath mat or drinking glass available.
