Admin responsif di awal. Tapi saat check in kurang.- Komunikatif sangat kurang.- Unit yang di pesan berkendala, kemudian di pindah ke unit lain (tidak diinfokan kalau pindah tower)- Di dalam unit tidak disediakan air minum (adanya gallon kosong)- Tidak ada kursi di dalam unit (jadi untuk mau make up kerepotan sekali)- Semprotan WC bocor, jadi tidak bisa digunakan.- Ada deposit (pengembalian deposit yang cukup lama)+- Ada wifi pribadi (pass di belakang routernya)- unit bersih.- Disediakan handuk. Overall cukup mengecewakan untuk service dan unit yang di sewakan.

The service is not satisfactory, even though we have already transferred cash to the Traveloka Site. But we are still being asked to transfer for bail. Usually if there is a guarantee if the stay is more than 1 week. so yesterday was not satisfied. yeah this is what it is

Check-in time is not appropriate. You have to wait a long time but if you ask for a deposit it's really fast. the initial entry of the room, electricity and water do not turn on. We are told to turn on ourselves while being guided by his mother. AC rooms not cold. The new hot water felt after the second day, even because we bought it ourselves how to use the water heater. second day, midnight lights went out. Imagine it really gets hot, we try to go to the lobby ourselves, because there is no contact number that can be contacted if there is anything. Very slow response if asked, even though I want to ask check-out hours and how. Do you have to wait again or you can leave the lobby. And thank God until now the deposit money has not been reversed, even though the account number has been informed and has been called from yesterday.

Very unsatisfactory professional service. Up there we were asked to deposit 500 thousand. And the check-out time is not returned. Said to be transferred after 7 days. And even now it hasn't been transferred. We also have no hub for hubs. Please make this a record for online parties to help us confirm to the hotel.
