Nice minimalist building, but many of the cutlery is not very clean.

Actually, if it doesn't rain, it's fine and comfortable. The facilities are complete, including a mop, broom, stove, pots, and everything. 1. On the first day, it rained moderately, and the carpet on the second floor was wet because the right corner of the TV wall was leaking. 2. On the second day, after returning from the event, it rained very heavily all the way to the villa, and the stairs were wet from top to bottom. The ground floor was hit by water leaking from next to the stairs, which eventually flooded. The entire second floor was wet. The roof in front of the bathroom on the second floor was leaking, and in front of the bedroom with the small bed, there was a leak right next to the door, and the right side of the TV was also leaking. So, when we got home, we had to dry the floor. After it dried, we used pans to catch the leaking water. 3. The toilet's water tank leaked. I don't mean to be negative, but unfortunately, it does need improvements. Please consider this for your evaluation. It's actually very comfortable here, but when it rains, it becomes uncomfortable. Located in the Batu area and inside a housing complex, to get to the city it is estimated to take 15 minutes, which is quite close, because inside the housing complex to find the nearest food you have to go out first, but with the existing advantages such as a 3-bedroom villa with full furnishings and with super cleanliness, cold water and equipped with a water heater, I think it is worth it especially with the price which is quite affordable for a villa with 3 bedrooms that can be filled up to 6 people, the best👍

The toilet on the 2nd floor bathroom needs to be fixed. Besides that, overall everything is safe and comfortable.

Highly recommended for families. Although there were many animals in the bathroom when we first entered, it was okay after that. The location is in a complex so God willing it is safe and the surrounding scenery is beautiful. You can see the mountains from the 2nd floor. The weather is cool. In the afternoon around 5 o'clock there was already fog.

Such a comfortable facility for families to rest and do many things together. I happened to occupy a room on the top floor. And wow... The view is beautiful. The drizzle and the chirping of birds across the street felt calming...☺🥰

It's quite good, the price is around 400 thousand for 3 bedrooms, 1 AC, 2 fans, the downside is that the rooms are not very comfortable 😅

The location is still new. It will be hard to find gocar. There are insects like termites and cockroaches but few. But the place is quiet and comfortable enough.
