Very good location, bus stop to Venice just in front of the hotel. Walking distance to central station with lots of luggage. Good choice for family room with limited budget.

The staff was excellent and super friendly! Keep up the good job, guys! You guys make us feel welcome! The room is good enough for 3. The location is near every tourist spot, just a 5-minute walk to Santa Lucia Station.

The hotel was wonderful, the location was perfect, the room was lovely and clean, and the staff, especially the porters/bellman, was very kind and helpful. A great and memorable stay!

Good location, nice breakfast.

The campsite is spacious, clean and well-equipped. The location is a bit far from the island, daily shuttle bus to island every 30p from 10am to 11pm daily for 2.5 € / 1way per person. The public bus is also cheaper, but walking from the campsite to the bus / tram station is a bit far, about 2km.

Very good hotel and beyond expectation! The service was fabulous, Matteo at front is the best. Within 5 minutes walking from the train station and nearby there is a lot of restaurant and shop. Though they don’t have elevator, they will help you with your luggage during check in and check out. Was the best stay experience during my trip.

Amazing hospitality, super helpful, great value and superb location (2 minute from vienna st), everything we can reach. Good breakfast and appreciate for staff while missing my luggage. Me and family enjoy to stay in this hotel. Perfect and superb, love it. Would stay here again if I were to visit this city again, very recommended for family traveling.

The accommodation look exactly same in the photos. I have no any complaints. All staff are good, satisfied our required, giving good information for transportation, especially preparing our breakfast to take away during our early check in. Sure I will recommend the hotel to my friends. 🙂

Everything was perfect. They upgraded our room and the breakfast was 10/10. If you love bacon, you should stay here 🥰
