The staff managing the glamping site was super friendly and helpful!!!! Had a lot of fun during my stays despite the hot weather, and I even got help from the staff who took care of my belongings within the glamping tent during rainstorms!! Huge shoutout to Shingo san who helped manage my glamping site booking!

Very good. Highly recommended to stay at least one night in Yuzawa Niigata. There is a hotel shuttle that is ready to pick up from Echigo Yuzawa Station, Gala Yuzawa Station PP. Can also be delivered to Yuzawa Kogen. Very good room, hotel service, onsen inside the hotel, breakfast is also delicious.

Super love this hotel. Near from Echigo Yuzawa Station, excellent service and facilities. Best onsen, breakfast. Nice yukata, lounge wear & all was good. Very happy and had a great staycation in here.

Nice staff very friendly and helpful, nice breakfast and the best one are nice view around the hotel. we can see the snow rain, very close to the ski resort but we also can play snow at the front of hotel, one of my favourite hotel for vacations
