The best thing about the resort would be the staff. From the front desk to the ones manning the restaurants, they did a very good job. Very quick check in, prompt services with the food, nothing much to complain about the services from the staff.

The best room I have stayed so far with my family. Spacious. Very clean. Full amenities. Love the pool with mini slides for the kids. The water is crystal clear and clean as well. Really recommended for those who wanna chill and relax with their family. Not to mention easy access to the carpark/lobby (free parking). Thumbs up!

The hotel is clean and spacious with a huge car park, near the river. The river view from the hotel is invigorating and the tall tower beside the hotel is very impressive. I enjoyed the bathroom facilities, especially, the shower with water coming down like a waterfall. There are also many restaurants near the hotel. Getting a good meal is not a problem. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives who would travel to Kuantan.
