Check in and out process is very smooth. The room is clean and the most important is comfortable. Love the view at the swimming pool.

We had so much fun in Meritz. From the big king room to the wedding ceremony all is awesome. The room services big plate breakfast is the best I ever had!

The room was very cosy for single or a couple of persons. Clean. Fully equipped with ironing facility and even praying mat. Menawan Restaurant offers lovely spread for breakfast. My favourite was the perfect half boiled eggs! Bravo Imperial Palace. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Comfortable stay. Good variation & food from Bronze cafe. Very friendly staffs at reception & cafe;especially outlet manager Ms May Phang. Satisfied with House keeping! Great location to nice eateries; ming cafe, saupau cafe, wzt cafe. Also walkable distance to mall. Would love to repeat stay in future.

From the door to the reception, the staff are very helpful and accommodating. Clean, soundproof, and comfortable room.

It was a pleasant stay at Jinhold hotel. The location is just right opposite the airport which you can get complimentary shuttles to catch your flight. From the hotel to town is just 10-15mins away where we can just order Grab. We are group of four and staying in the apartment, not to forget their in-room dining are delicious too. Overall good and friendly staff, nice rooms and we enjoyed our 3 nights stay.

Mega Hotel had a place in our heart for their warmth and their hospitality. We had stayed in many hotels but nothing beats the hospitality given by Mega Hotel Staff. What we love most is their breakfast spread and enthusiasm. Recommended for those looking for a stay.
