Service and hospitality were top-notch! My only disappointment was the new transfer regulations — they no longer include transfers if the booking was made through a third-party vendor like Hotels.com. However, everything else was still spectacular: the rooms, breakfast buffet, staff service, and the smooth check-in and check-out process. I’ll definitely return to Crimson Boracay in the future! 😊

What an amazing vacation spot! The view from my room left me in awe! The beach is beautiful, the pools always had lifeguards and were so kind. The breakfast buffet in the morning was so delicious and had so many choices of foods from different countries. Staff was amazing and provided exceptional customer service. I definitely see myself coming back here for my next vacation to Boracay. Thank you for making me and my kids’ stay such a memorable one.

1 after our room was made up we found sand in our bed after fresh sheets were laid 2 There waterfront was nothing great 3 They hosted a private event on the beachfront while we were there which was loud and inappropriate when there are hotel guests wanting to use the beachfront We left a day early loosing a night’s deposit

We arrived quite early, around 11 AM, and were informed that the room had already been vacated and was being cleaned. However, we still had to wait two and a half hours before getting checked in. It would have been nice if the room had been prepared earlier. We also noticed that groups who arrived after us were escorted to their rooms before us, which was a bit disappointing. That said, once we got into the room, everything changed — the view was absolutely spectacular, and it made us almost forget the bad check-in experience. I loved that the hotel has its own private beachfront and several pool options to choose from. And the food — it was superb! Another downside for me was the airport transfer. We had to pay for it, as they said only bookings made through their website include complimentary airport transfers. I found that a bit unfair, considering we stayed at the hotel just the same. It’s definitely something they should reconsider.

Crimson is always great. We've been there so many times already and we keep coming back. One thing they can improve is the breakfast organization - too crowded and the tables are too close. You feel you're eating with other people on the table so there's practically no privacy. Apart from that, Crimson is quite good.
