Wonderful staff. Very courteous and helpful. Thank you to all of them for making our stay so pleasurable. This hotel is charming and individual and there were some lovely touches in terms of complimentary items . No coffee making in room but we weee not troubled by that . Breakfasts were good and staff lovely

Wonderful family run hotel and staff. There was a taxi/uber strike on my checkout day and they helped wheel my heavy bag in the rain to the train station. My third stay at this wonderful hotel. One block from the lake and very convinient

Nice but simple breakfast
Aircon in the room was weak - had it have been hotter outside, would have had difficulty sleeping. Perhaps they turn up the cooling when it gets warmer

Wonderful hotel with an excellent staff. Breakfast was outstanding. Location is great. However, right now there is major construction directly across from the hotel. Construction noise started at 6:30am. The 4 star rating is because the AC barely worked. We did get very warm in the hotel. We opened windows, but it was too loud to keep them open all night.
