I didn’t get a chance to see how the service truly was as I only stayed one night, but the front desk staff was great. Clean rooms, decent gym to workout in, restaurant on site but also close enough to other restaurants to either dine at or get delivered to hotel. Airport shuttle was timely and great to have available

Great trip. Staff, room were all super. We didn’t try the breakfast, pool or the gym but the room was new, clean and comfortable. If you are a light sleeper, don’t get a high floor. It is just under the flight path of DFW airport. Didn’t bother us but if you were a really light sleeper it may.

It was a good stay. Pool is shared with Marriot which wasn't disclosed to us, hard to find. Asked for extra towels, weren't delivered. Room never picked up. Minor issues. Would stay again.

Clean, updated, fresh property. Close to everything that needs to been seen and done in that area of town.

This was our second stay at this hotel. The hotel is nice, clean, and has amenities such as pool, gym, room service, bar/resteraunt, laundry etc. It is a pet friendly hotel, and being military they didn’t even charge us the pet fee! Also, across the street there is now a paved walking area around a large pound great for taking your pup on walks and enjoying the outdoors on a hot summer day. The hotel is situated on a dead end street, which on one hand is nice and quiet but on the other hand it kind of makes you feel secluded. However, Bass Po and mall are just a few minutes walk away. Only negative I would say is the breakfast buffet is not worth the price. Would have rather spent the money at an actual breakfast restaurant. Lesson learned.

The staff is very professional and everyone I encountered was polite. Victoria was the first staff member I met and she kicked off the kindness I experienced my entire stay.

The room was okay, very minimal. I liked that the rooms didn’t have carpet but I notice the cleaning staff did not vacuum the rooms. My kids had pizza one night and dropped crumbs on the floor and the next day the bed sheets were changed but that was all. They failed to put trash bags in the bathroom, they only seem to take the dirty towels but NOT REALLY CLEAN the room.

Beautiful property in a safe convenient location. Professional, efficient, kind staff. Property was clean Nd in excellent condition and our room and beds were very comfy. Would definitely book here again.
