Last trip I had a reservation at Cozrum Saphera. I like the room here, so I always don't read it carefully here. Self-service. The first time the experience was quite strange, but in return the room was beautiful, clean, and quiet. Contact staff via zalo quickly. Although the location is a bit difficult to find. Highly recommend for you to come to HCMC.

I have stayed at many branches of Cozrum in Ho Chi Minh and the service is always perfect. The rooms here are always clean and new, cutely designed with full amenities like a small house even though I chose a room of only 16m^2. The price is reasonable. I will visit Cozrum again in the future.

Very not ok. The guest checked in to the room that was still the previous guest's room and had not been cleaned. When I called to complain, they told me to stay there temporarily? I had to report it to the police so they could help me move to another place. But overall it was not clean, dusty, and had to be locked. Not recommended!!!!

The room is quite suitable for the price. However, I hope Cozrum improves the bed and bathroom. My room had a very large leak in the bathroom, so at night the smelly water dripped right into the toilet (in the morning it was no longer visible???). The bed sheets were also stained yellow, which looked a bit unhygienic. Otherwise, it was okay, the room was clean, safe (thank goodness), very close to the city center.

automatic check in from the gate to the room, when I got the card, the card was broken so I couldn't get into the room, and because it was automatic, there was no staff at the home to help fix it and made me wait a long time to call someone to fix it, I paid everything but I couldn't wait and canceled and booked another room. Waited from 10pm to 11pm but no one solved it. Homes is very bad.

The room is not as pictured, not clean. The staff gave a contact number but no one answered the phone, called the Zalo number but no one answered, the access card cannot enter the gate. Support is not quick, facilities are bad. The experience is extremely frustrating. I hope everyone can read this review and avoid this place.

Disadvantages:
- The room is too dirty. Small is fine but needs to be clean. The blanket and pillow look like they haven't been washed for weeks, there are still lipstick stains on the table. Is the table moldy???
- Booked a quick room to sleep alone one night and went to work the next day. After checking out, I was asked if the escape mask box was opened? There are also photos. Luckily I have a photo of the room the night before as evidence. Confusing....
- The room faces the escape corridor, but it's not as bright as in the picture. Little light.

The room was extremely small and cramped, stuffy, and unclean. The staff provided support via zalo, but could not be contacted directly. Extremely annoying for guests. The accommodation did not have a place to park motorbikes, so guests had to walk quite a distance to park. The staff could not provide accurate information on where to park their motorbikes, leaving guests stranded at night, not knowing where to park their motorbikes. The water flowed slowly and was very weak. In short, an extremely, extremely bad experience.
