Convenient location, complete facilities, spacious and airy rooms. Enthusiastic check-in support. The only minus point is that the cleaning stage at check-in is not very complete: the toilet floor still has a bad smell, we have to pour water on the floor to avoid the smell; The kitchen cabinet still has an unwashed knife.

From check-in to check-out, the staff were not enthusiastic, I felt like they had an attitude towards customers. When I checked in, the hair dryer sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. The bed sheets and towels seemed not to be clean, very uncomfortable to lie on. The balcony light didn't turn on.

The lobby has no charging sockets, no staff, the security guard's number posted on the reception desk cannot be contacted, it costs too much to park in the basement. The staff on duty at the hotel's page or zalo cannot be contacted either. The room rate is not too cheap.

My sincere advice to anyone who intends to stay in a high-rise hotel like this is that waiting for the elevator is very long and inconvenient, and parking in the basement overnight is also expensive.
The room is not as spacious as the picture and there are many broken items that need to be replaced, such as the dryer and iron. The landlord had a bad attitude and replaced the broken items as if to humiliate us. The doormat is made of a bath towel, so please never use a bath towel here. We rented 2 rooms and both rooms had broken items. The refrigerator was not cold either :) Most of the sockets were burned black and we didn't dare to use them, we had to ask for an extension socket but waited a long time to get one. The experience here quite affected my trip, traveling for a medical treatment but renting a room like this is doubly stressful.
