Phòng không đúng như đã đặt, đặt phòng có cửa sổ mà chỉ có cửa thông gió nhỏ nhỏ.

Thái độ của chị chủ khá coi thường khách hàng khi xưng là “nó” (vì mình đặt trên app nên khi đến nơi thì mẹ của chị chủ không biết cách check in trên mạng nên có gọi facebook để hỏi chị với loa ngoài nên mình nghe được toàn bộ cuộc nói chuyện). Và còn nói kiểu đặt nghĩ sao có 270k. Ủa cái chuyện làm việc của khách sạn với app thế nào mình không biết, bạn để giá như vậy người ta đặt như vậy là sai? Mình sợ hết phòng vì đi vào thứ7 nên mới phải đặt trước. Với giá 270k mình cũng không đòi hỏi gì nhiều mà phòng toilet ô thông gió ra ngay phòng đang ở.
