We love how Lucky, the evening female receptionist, treated us like her parents. She shared some cookies with us because we were at the hotel during the mid-autumn festival. She was so lovely and bubbly, always bearing with her an exceptional customer oriented service. Wishing her the best of luck!
We also took a day trip with the help of a male staff, who shared a detailed info on which trip to take without pushing us too much to buy.

Amazing staff, very friendly and gave us a wonderful dinner recommendation (duong restaurant, only a walk away!) and cold towel + tea when we came. The room for 3 had 3 separate beds, balcony, closet, and spacious bathroom. Very clean and no problems! Staff were patient, friendly, and professional. The breakfast was made to order and delicious! Amazing value, location, staff, accommodation, and food. Will definitely stay again!

Hanah's Tiny Hanoi Homestay
This was my first visit to Hanoi and I was lucky and fortunate to find it and eventually decided to book a HTH homestay. The feeling of arriving is fascinated by the homestay decoration in the old style vintage style that I love: 3. The room is quite large and airy, the mattress is very smooth and clean. Toilets are built in every room and, importantly, are super clean and full of guest amenities. There's also a TV and an iron, for a kid who doesn't like to wear wrinkled clothes like me out on the street, it's better than <3. About service is very attentive and friendly. Ms Tinh is very enthusiastic and friendly to guide and assist us in everything we need with the gentle smile always accompanying me, I am really impressed with her hospitality. In general, after three days here, I really like it, I will come back here if I have the opportunity to visit Hanoi. I wish the homestay will keep the vintage corner as well as the friendly and friendly love of this housekeeper forever.
