New hotel, close to the competition venue (less than 10 minutes walk), fully equipped. Friendly staff, free tea, coffee, and candy. Luna shower mirror is quite interesting!

Very lucky to book a hotel here, the staff is super cute and very enthusiastic in giving instructions, the room is new, clean and very nice, next time I come back to Can Tho I will definitely choose to stay here. Thank you very much staff!!!

Modern hotel, convenient location. Rooms have large windows, good natural light and are very clean. Professional staff, quick support. Reasonable price compared to service quality. If I have the chance, I will choose to stay again. 🌙

The service is very bad, there is no hot water for bathing, when I called the staff, they told me to boil the kettle and take a bath at 10pm. When I checked out, they told me to go out and tell me if anything happens, then they told me that I used the towel that made the purple color fade? And they didn't show it to the customer but took it to the laundry and only showed me the photo and said the color wouldn't come out??? When I returned the motorbike, they didn't return the customer's ID card, I had to go back to get it 1/3 of the way to the airport. The service of this hotel staff is very bad!

This time coming back, the feeling is still as good as the first time. Another big plus is that I checked out later than the regulation but they arranged for me to not incur any extra charges, it was so great. 100 points ++.

Good service, clean and nice room. My family of 5 people, 2 rooms, extra charge 150k. The hotel did not say anything and did not provide extra blankets or pillows, while that price is the correct price for 1 guest. Cup noodles in the room should have a sign with the price in advance, if left outside, I assume it is free.

The downside here is that there is no parking space, if you go during the rainy season it is easy to get flooded and it is difficult to book a taxi. Otherwise everything is ok, the street is beautiful and clean.

The rooms are new and clean. The staff is enthusiastic, friendly and polite. The hotel sells all the essentials needed for a short trip. The only downside is: although the room has a view of the sun, there are no heat-resistant curtains/heat-dissipating curtains, so the cold air is not enough to cool the room when the sun is up. You should add another layer of sun-resistant curtains!
