There was a disconnect between Expedia and the hotel we were double charged for out stay originally; we had to fight to get them to realize we had already paid in full with Expedia. Then Expedia offered breakfast for an additional fee which we paid for through the original booking the hotel told us they do not offer breakfast unless you go to their dining, after showing them the receipt and them fighting with Expedia the hotel said they would honor if even though they claimed it was something there didn't offer and they only honored half of the breakfast's for the rest of the week. There was no communication between Expedia and the Hotel and hotel supervisor acted like it was MY problem and I needed to fix it. Unprofessional

This was our second stay at the Hilton Clearwater. The location is perfect. No need for a car. Shopping, dining and close to the harbor if you decide to go on a dinner cruise. The private beach was beautiful. The hotel was clean and had been updated. We will definitely visit again!

Room was clean a little musty smell. Beach view wasn’t all that great when u have to turn ur seat to a 30 degree angle all the rooms are on the side of the building looking at the roof from the indoor garage if u want beach view it’s $$$$. bathroom sink was not clean, toilet seat was not clean notice some poop stain on the seat nasty bad cleaning from cleaning staff. i’m glad I always bring sanitizing wipes. Air conditioner very noisy in the room. Was the price worth it NO . Would I go back again if the price was lower and for a weekend only.

Overall, everything was bad you don’t get for what you pay , we paid for a package we got to the airport to get the rental and they told us it’s just till Friday, but our package was Monday to Sunday so just terrible

Hotel was a bit dated for a Hilton. Staff was great. Wasn’t a huge fan of valet only, but it was available all night. Was our first real vacation alone in 28 years of marriage (without the kids). My wife loved the area, the hotel and the beach the most. We would stay here again, but hopefully they will update the property seeing as it is a Hilton property, and probably the best location on Clearwater beach.

For the price point that you are paying, more amenities should be included. The rooms need updating; the carpets are kind of dirty, and the bathrooms are falling apart. But what I didn’t like was that you had to pay to use Hilton’s beach equipment, but you couldn’t bring your own equipment. It was already a buck I had to buck to stay here, but on top of that, you have to spend more money for everything you want to do.

Gulf view room is basically AC view and this is not shown in the pictures when booking.

The hotel was so modern and clean. Valet parking when you pull up they give you a tag and take your vehicle and park it. Beautiful sunsets, pools are perfect.

Staff should let you know what is included with your stay. For example free yoga and a free photo shoot on the beach. No one mentioned this until I was checking out.

Great location, beautiful building and gulf view

The only good thing I would say is the beach access , the way the rooms looks is not worth the price. You have to pay a resort fee and you’re forced to pay valet fee or you have to pay 20 a day no free parking. Drunks are pretty expensive.
