A little gem of a resort right off the highway but close to downtown Penticton.

Could not sleep due to traffic noise

Stayed here for our Anniversary! I love the mixed vibe of this place re family or romantic and we loved Penticton!

The restaurant’s menu options weren’t our style but other than that everything was top notch. Fantastic stay!

The pool and hot tub is amazing, so many things to do on site. It’s like a mini resort!

Loved having pool, sauna + hot tub with cold plunge pool. Appreciated the outdoor fire pits to relax around in evening. Lots of parking. Very convenient to highways + major roads through city. Staff were very helpful + friendly.

Overall this hotel is a definite win. It's got a resort feel: pool, hot tub, cold pool, pool side service, grounds, etc. Lots of convenient parking and easy access via highway. Just little things. There's a mini kitchen sink, but no towels or dish soap. And since the room doors are heavy, a door stop of some sort would be nice. There is no signage outlining the hours for hotel guest at the hot tub and cold pool - there were def mixed signals. Also, I feel smoking of all sorts should be banned in rooms and patios/balconies as smoke drifts in to rooms from below. Staff were great, bookings very accommodating when we decided to stay an extra day.

This is the perfect little gem of a hotel! Ticks all the boxes.

Great pool and spa area!

Everything about the property itself, was first rate. Very clean, well maintained, friendly staff, beautiful surroundings, etc. The road noise (lots of sirens) is a bit of a deterrent, but you can't do anything about that. Overall, our favourite hotel in Penticton. We love the recent upgrades, as well, beautiful.

It was my parents who stayed here and they love the hotel. They have been going for years and appreciate how it is always updated, clean, and has friendly service. They say that the Balcomo is "it's own little resort."

The new additions to the pool area are wonderful.

My wife and I just spent our 45th anniversary weekend at the Balcomo Penticton. Our stay was amazing! Thank you so much to the wonderful staff! We were treated to an upgraded suite complete with complimentary wine and chocolates. The suite was beautiful, quiet and cozy. The staff were always ready to greet us with a smile and help with any inquiries. The amenities were clean and welcoming . . . from the pool to the Local Eatery. We had one of the most relaxing weekends we have had in a long time! Thank you again so much to all who made our weekend special and memorable. Don & Darlene Brown

Clean rooms and friendly staff

Beautiful and great location for golf and other activities. Loved room location, beds comfortable, cute private balcony and big stylish bathroom with quality european body & bath products. Will be back for sure!

I stayed at the Balcomo Hotel in Penticton during a quick trip to look at business real estate and was really impressed. The amenities were excellent—an outdoor pool open late, plus a hot tub, cold plunge, and sauna that were amazing. Staff were friendly and attentive; when one dish at the restaurant missed the mark, the server took it off the bill without me asking. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again next time.
