A very well appointed hotel with a ton of amenities WAY beyond the vast majority of comparable hotels in the city. Swimming pool was nice with a large hot tub, very well-equipped gym, 2 squash courts (!!), a kids playroom and more. Nice location and great to have a balcony. The real highlight for our group were the phenomenal staff - almost everyone we encountered provided service that was well-beyond what we would expect. Very high praise for the staff at this hotel!! The only area for improvement is that some parts of the hotel are starting to show their age and could use repair or renovation - some work on the building itself, coupled with the excellent staff, would make this hotel easily earn 5 stars across the board from our group. Overall, very pleased with our stay and with this hotel - and most especially the staff.

This hotel is dated and very dirty. The carpets are stained and dirty. However the staff and management were great to cancel the booking without penalties

C'est un bel endroit. Un peu plus loin de la Gare centrale et du Vieux-Port de Montréal que nous avions prévu. Nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants en bas âge. Nous avons fini par prendre des taxis. Le personnel est super et la piscine est très bien.

Located in a central area. Walkable to eato 's centre.

The rooms and spacious and quiet. The wifi was problematic. Several times we got a message that "internet is not available at this time". There should be easy access to coffee and tea on the property.

The property was situated within walkable distance to all the attractions and the subway was close by for any other attractions that are a little further away. The staff were welcoming and very great with kids. The rooms were cozy and spotless. Will definitely be coming back. The playroom was popular with our eight year old!

We enjoyed using the pool. The elevator gave us a scare. It shook and wouldn’t open door and then dropped, which was scary. That only occurred once and we had to ring for help from elevator. Otherwise, service was great, friendly and helpful. We asked for renewal of towels and they arrived quickly. We were situated in centre of all the activities we wanted to do and could walk or take Uber very easily. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay and the balcony made a nice escape to outside without needing to go far. Room was clean and serviced daily. Really quiet.

The room was terrible - old and dusty…the carpet was buckled and a bad tripping hazard. I didn’t want to walk barefoot on the carpet. The room is old and tattered. The towel are old and scratchy.

The photos of the hotel are a bit outdated and make the hotel appear nicer and more modern than it actually is. But overall our stay was comfortable and the location made it easy to get to the places we wanted to visit.

I’m not sure how this property was rated a four star. The hotel was dated beyond belief. The furniture was old and scratched. The bathroom was years old. The toilet did not flush properly. The toilet paper was cheap. The towels were rough, cheap and like sandpaper. The carpet both inside and outside was stained. There were no outlets readily available. I had to plug the coffee maker in an extension cord underneath the TV cabinet. All in all it was a terrible experience and would never go there again.

The staff were awesome, friendly and approachable!!! The bed was very comfortable!!! The hotel was in a great location.
