Loved the spa at this hotel, a wonderful stay

Gorgeous hotel, great swimming pool, beautiful grounds/garden, and turtles by the restaurant! Next to the beautiful park! This wasn’t our first time at this hotel, and we were so looking forward to another treat. Unfortunately, the room smelled strongly of sewage, and the air conditioning barely worked—while being extremely noisy. We complained at reception, and someone was sent to spray the room with air freshener, resulting in a horrible combination of sewage and sweet scents. After further complaints, our room was finally changed the next day. The food in the restaurant was plentiful but didn’t look fresh—ham and bacon had a strange color. I thought that was one off but next two days it looked the same. Croque madame was inedible, eggs with pieces of egg shell, undercooked omelette. I am not fussy eater but sorry my family could not eat it. The staff were not friendly at all, especially around the swimming pool, where they were very rude. No single smile, barely responded with some sound when thanked them in Spanish… Iberostar, please consider that some guests spend a year or longer waiting for their dream holidays and choose your hotel at a significant cost (200 eur per night). Please treat your visitors with care!

Parking should have been included. Otherwise - great stay

The only downside to this hotel is that it's such a nice place with a great staff, lovely garden, beautiful swimming pool and much more. My concern is that it will be SO popular that us little people will never get a room there again! 😳🤔😄😆 A great hotel. Super wonderful staff. I'd encourage them to.expand their TV channel selection though. We would absolutely stay there again. 🙏

Excellent hotel. Great Gym/SPA facility. Special mention to breakfast team such as Julio and Ernesto among other. Overall best option in Sta Cruz.

Love this hotel

Stayed here many times over the years. Been about 5 years since last visit and delighted to say that it’s better than ever. Staff are wonderful and friendly. Best hotel buffet breakfast that I’ve experienced. Public spaces great and fantastic pool area to relax and chill.

Since the doors to the bathroom are glass and don’t close the lights in the bathroom should have dimmers so going to the toilet at night does not disturb the others sleeping. The shower temperature was hard to control , getting slowly too hot or slowly too cold. The mattress was too firm For me. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room service and restaurant food was great and the staff accommodated gluten free very well. Overall great experience!

This place is amazing.

Excellent hotel with great service and ver friendly staff. Really enjoyed our stay here . Breakfast was delicious. We eat at lunchtime and found the food excellent and staff so pleasant to deal with always smiling and pleasant . Carlos and ladies at reception were so helpful and friendly. Made our stay here one we will fondly remember. Definitely coming back on another trip to Santa Cruz.

Great! Superb location. Easy walk to shops & restaurants & Marina. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom. Overall a very nice place to stay
