The hotel was fine but found the street we were on a bit like being a carnival.

I didn’t care for my room because it had a very unpleasant bathroom smell. Maybe imbedded urine smell or mold I’m not sure. But it was there. View was great, but we booked a room w a Balcony in the description but it was basically a long window with bars on it and no balcony. The staff told us it’s a Juliette balcony, description didn’t say that. Just balcony. Not so. False advertising for sure Breakfast was good. Hotel centrally located

The wait for the elevator was the only draw back everything else was great

The room category we booked wasn’t available on the day we checked in. They gave us the next available one which is much more inferior than what we paid for. They did move us the following day… but that’s at least 2 hours taken away from our vacation time-packing and unpacking our stuff. We missed one of our booked tour making sure we get the right room. We should get compensated for the inconvenience of it all.

Always enjoy my stay here. Parking isn’t so convenient. Leaving can be a bit of a nightmare. Overall, the hotel is good for the money. .

Easy hotel to find-lots of places to eat and shop nearby. the lobby was mobbed with guests waiting to check in when we arrived-we waited in line for a while. the balcony shouldn't be called a balcony-it's so small.

Get a room with a view - you won’t regret it especially for watching the fireworks at 10pm. We had a Juliette balcony and the view made our trip. Our kids thought it was brilliant. We only used the pool briefly and it was nice enough. Parking was a bit of a trek and expensive considering the walk.

Coming back to the Sheraton, the experience didn't disappoint. Excellent choice, close to attractions in Niagara Falls. Room at 21st floor is great choice. Breakfast was amazing
