Friendly staff, great amenities, location and view

Clean room

Bathroom was spacious. Room was also nice. Had view of falls and clifton.

Housekeeping was so polite and room looked beautiful and cleaned daily.

Good property to stay near Niagara falls. Breathtaking views.

Got 2 small room we booked the digest one the hotel offerwith a far away view And the Staff in parking was terrible Just bad.

Rooms were very clean , staff excellent. Breakfast had an amazing variety. Great time

Noisy rooms

The room was clean the housekeeping staff work very hard to keep it that way. The club lounge was disappointing, little things were missing ie ice to place the yoghurt in to keep it fresh, I saw the same yoghurt cups out 3 days in a row. It would have been nice to be told that the weekends don’t have hot foods at breakfast. I wouldn’t of spent the money to book it if I’d known.

The room was great and the staff was pleasant.

Room booked was not the room given. Had to change rooms mid trip
