View of hotels was amazing.
But when I check in, the guest service agent was not professional.
We booked 2 night 3days and including 2 breakfast. The service agent didn't checked our breakfast, so nextday morning we have to pay our meal. We had to figure out what was wrong, it consumed our time.
Please train the receptionists.

The options for dining as well as activities were within walking distance, which made our stay more convenient. The staff was friendly. The housekeeping cleaned and changed the bedding, towels and amenities daily. My only critique is the process of how charges for lodging and meals are handled. There was a hold of 2 charges during check-in, another hold on the second, then a credit followed by 2 additional charges on the third day. After inquiring, I was informed all transactions and holds will clear on my final day and they did. Our overall service was good. We had a wonderful stay.

$65 daily rate for valet you have to call 15 min in advance to get your car???
Rooms are just ok… def not luxury
Could be cleaner for sure
Booked a room with falls view, no balcony, got a view that was half city and half of the falls. Not ideal.

It was a great visit to this property. Location was very convenient to Clifton Hill and Niagara falls. Clean rooms and good customer service. Make sure to take dining or breakfast options as it was a delight. Have food and have a great view of the falls. Besides the view. The food was excellent too. Would highly recommend if someone would like to consider this place for a visit. Check-In process could be a little faster.

The hotel was lovely. Comfy bed, and free Wifi and large TV were not expected. There was a point when they were down to 1 elevator, so it was quite a wait to go up or down. That issue seemed to be fixed within a day. When we went to the spa (which was lovely) housekeeping threw out our leftovers. Front desk could not figure out where they ended up, but offered us a day of free parking to make up for it. That was nice, but the leftovers cost more than that as they were from 3 different restaurants, including PrimeSteakhouse which was expensive but fantastic. Overall it was a good experience and close to everything we needed. But would probably pick a cheaper hotel next time

Was a great view, walkable to everything. Shouldn’t charge guest to park when needing to haul luggage quite the distance. The hotel was very nice, pleasant staff.. everything you would need was very accessible. Would stay here again.
