Great service and comfortable stay during the honeymoon trip. We had a great time enjoying the stay in both Niagara Falls and Sheraton Fallsview

The view was farther than expected, and while the location is good since it’s close to the main street, it was really noisy until dawn with motorcycle sounds and poor soundproofing from the adjacent rooms. The mattress was also disappointing compared to the hotel's reputation.

I liked all about this hotel but the parking fee was our headache.

Floor is not clean and no shampoo is filled

I had an amazing stay . The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect and everything felt comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommended!

We stayed at shreton hotel it is perfect hotel to stay with your family . Everything is so near by this hotel like casino , arcade for my kids they loved their arcade . All of my kids favourite place to eat is near by this hotel . My experience is always so good for me and my family .

My first time at a Sheraton but definitely not my last. From the moment I was welcomed from the Valet team to the concierge and the check in process. Room was beyond my expectations and clean. The staff went above and beyond to make sure there was I needed or could make my stay any better. A truly absolute gem of a place. I strongly recommend it and plan on staying with Sheraton in the future

Great and relax stay

ロケーションはとてもよかったです 朝食のビッフェも美味しかったし、レストランからの眺めも素晴らしかった。ホテルは予約していた部屋とは違うタイプの部屋でむしろグレードがダウンしていた。 コンシェルジュに空港までのタクシーの予約をお願いしたいといったら、 自分でかけて！と電話を渡された ロケーションのいいホテルなのに サービスが残念でした

The Sheraton Fallsview was FABULOUS!!! We had a perfect view to all that the Niagara Falls has to offer!!!!! A quick walk to main attractions!! So pleased with our trip!!! Friendly and helpful staff!! Views like No other!!

Clean and best view

I booked a city-view room but was given a room facing the casino building. I chose the room based on the photos in your listing. I reported this to staff but was not moved to a different room.

From the moment we entered our room, we noticed a strong moldy smell. The bathroom had visible mold along the shower walls, and every time we used the shower, not only did water leak all over the floor, but there was also a leak coming from the ceiling. We decided to order room service, but unfortunately that experience was just as poor. The nachos we received were cold, looked like they had been microwaved with old cheese, and were barely edible. This stay was meant to be special for us, as it marked our 1-year wedding anniversary. We specifically chose this Sheraton to remain loyal to the brand since we had stayed here on our wedding night. Sadly, the quality and service this time were far from what we had expected, and it left us feeling very disappointed. This experience has made us reconsider staying with Sheraton in the future, which is unfortunate given how meaningful this location was to us.
