Sheraton Fallsview Hotel

Clean and cozy room, great view

We are a family of 3 and do a lot of 1 or 2 niggt stays at hotels for fun This sheraton could be the best hotel we've ever stayed at!! SO clean, every single person from check in to valet to random employees offered exceptional service with a smile The whole hotel was so clean and if you're there to do touristy clifton hill stuff (or see the falls) the location cant be beat We will never stay at another hotel up there (we love in buffalo, ny so we frequent the area) we were very impressed and definitely highly recommend for families We did not use the Waterpark but talked to a couple families that were there for that and they were also pleased

The room was great. Met all our needs but the buffet restaurant was atrocious. The cost was obscene for the lack of food.

Our stay in Sheraton was a blast. Especially when we stayed in our favourite room where we can see the falls. The staff’s were very accommodating and the amenities were superb. I highly recommend it especially if you have kids.

Pros: - Prime location. - Staff was excellent. - Room was amazingly clean and spacious. Cons: - Indoor pool temperature was cold. - While eating breakfast, portions of the cantaloupe tasted “not good”. - Scrambled eggs were between little tasteful to tasteless.

Excellent rooms and facilities, rooms were like new. Amazing views from our falls facing room. Check in using Bon Voy app was easy and we could avoid lineup. Access to Clifton hill and falls was the key highlight. there was a free shuttle to the Fallsview Casino as well if you are a guest. Parking (self parking) is in a nearby building, so you need to unload your luggage at the Valet drop off area and you can park there for 10 mins to checkin and then park in the structure which was 100 meters away (not in the same building as we thought it would be). We stayed for a day so we could park in the lot for the whole day after we checked out, which sort of made up for the $50 parking fee. We opted in for the breakfast buffet, great views from the Fallsview Buffet Restaurant, good variety but don't expect premium food, not worth the full price, but we got a better price when we checked in.. The entertainment options on TV was good, we could sign in to our Netflix and Prime accounts and could clear the credentials when we checked out..Toiletries were top notch. Bed was comfortable and it was nice a quiet room! Overall highly recommended!

Great location you're across from the falls and the Clifton Hill which is the street with all the attractions. The hotel has everything needed for adults and kids, huge inside water park with a fee, mini golf,games even bumper cars! Amd a Huge! Cadino. I was very pleased overall.

Best hotel I have stayed at. View was majestic

Did not get the promised room. Was given a room without window. Had to pay 160.00 for an upgrade to a room with a small window. My reservation was for a room with garden view and breafast, that did not happened.

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were some positive aspects, there were also a few disappointments that impacted our overall experience. Good factors: Cleanliness: The room was spotless upon arrival, which was a great first impression. Service: The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, which made us feel welcome. The Not-So-Good: Housekeeping: We had to specifically request room cleaning during our stay, which was unexpected for a hotel of this standard. Daily housekeeping should be a given without having to ask. Lack of Information: We were disappointed to learn about the magic show and water park combo deal only after arriving. Had we known in advance, we could have booked directly through the hotel and saved money. Instead, we booked through another provider and missed out on potential savings. New Year’s Eve Dinner at Massimo Restaurant: The highlight of our stay was meant to be our New Year’s Eve dinner at the hotel’s Massimo restaurant, but it was a letdown. The food and overall experience did not meet our expectations, especially for such a special occasion. Overall: While the hotel’s cleanliness and service were commendable, the lack of proactive housekeeping, poor communication about available deals, and the disappointing dining experience at Massimo left us feeling underwhelmed. With a few improvements, this could be a much better stay.

Horrible customer service. They over charged my card and im still waiting for the rest of my money on my card. No apology or anything from management. They gave us wrong room keys twice. The check in person was rude. We drove 8hrs with the kids to have a good time and there were so many issues it just ruined it for us.
