酒店管理系统混乱，乱扣费用，把不存在的费用强加在客人身上。

We stayed for two nights at the fallsview hotel, but were disappointed at how the hotel missed the house keeping for our room, even upon reminding the front desk a few times throughout the day, as we came back to the room in the afternoon to find out the room was left the same as it was when we left in the morning. When we came back to the hotel after dinner that night, no towels were replaced, no beds were made up, trash bins were all left full, and the worst of all was the shampoo and body wash were all out. We had to request for all the amenities on that night. It was a very disappointing experience at the hotel.

Not recommended, the pillows and bedding are not comfortable. I booked a view falls room, but I can't see the Horseshoe Falls. Hidden by trees.

Everything was OK with the hotel except for parking to charge $55 a day for regular parking and $70 for valet parking knowing that most people would not want to go and park five blocks away in an unsecured lot is really not fair to customer service we stayed three days and we’re charged $170 for parking that is outrageous. That is more expensive than one of the nights that we booked with your establishment, you need to treat your customers better parking needs to be included the amount of money that your hotel chain makes per day is unimaginable indefinitely not fair to the consumer that books there trip with your hotel

Maybe next time you provide towels for the guests, please ensure that the towels are clean and don’t have blood stains and women’s makeup stains. We were not able to use 2 of the 4 towels for a family of 4.

The staff in the breakfast buffet was terrible and not letting you explain or listening what you have to say . It was noting that I was expecting

I am a single mom who went for March Break with her son. He says, “It was very nice, the bathroom was nice, everything was nice!” :) The price was a bit high considering the building was old but nonetheless the concierge staff and the cleaning staff, the buffet ladies, even the store staff downstairs, all lovely and kind people!! We had a view of the falls and it made the trip that much more special. Thanks for a great stay!!

Overall, this is a large hotel with a lot going on at once. It’s great for families looking for waterpark access—this is definitely the place for that. However, if you’re looking for a more relaxing stay, I’d recommend requesting a room on the 19th floor or higher, as it’s noticeably quieter. The elevators can get very crowded depending on the time of day. The staff was friendly, but the layout of the hotel can be a bit confusing at times. I’d rate it 4 stars overall, mainly for the convenience—having coffee and food options right in the hotel is a big plus. If I were to stay again, I’d go for the presidential suite—the one with the bathtub next to the window. Just a heads up, there’s only one or two rooms like that. I thought I had booked it based on the listing showing a bathtub, but that wasn’t the case. Have fun
