The shared lobby bathroom was disgusting. The outdoor pool closed early so we didn’t get to use it. The room was really nice and spacious, the water view was amazing. Staff was lovely. Stayed one night, one adult, one child.

I want to start by saying that the customer service at the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel was truly top-notch. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, courteous, and genuinely tried to help. They listened to our concerns and treated us with kindness throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the quality of the room and the lack of communication overshadowed what should have been a memorable birthday trip. We arrived late in the evening and initially thought our room was beautiful. However, after a quick inspection, we immediately discovered several issues. The fireplace didn’t work, the refrigerator wasn’t cooling—which was especially important because we needed it to store our son’s medication—and the in-room safe was also not functioning. We reported everything to the front desk that night, and they documented the issues and told us we would be moved to another room the following morning. I want to start by saying the customer service at the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel was outstanding. The staff was professional, courteous, and genuinely tried to help throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing. Upon arriving, we discovered our fireplace, refrigerator, and in-room safe were all not working. The refrigerator was especially important because we needed it for our son’s medication. We were told we’d be moved the next morning. Long check-in, rooms are very outdated. AC was very cold, and even though we tried to make it warmer, it didn't work. We had 4 rooms, and it was the same in all of them. Bill was incorrect, and we were charged for parking not used. This was a great hotel, but something happened, and now it is a terrible option.

Very poor maintenance and customer service. Everything was good except for a clogged shower drain. I had to report it three times over the first two days of my stay, without resolution. After being told there was not another room available to move me, I demanded to speak with a manager who inspecting the room and she upgraded me to a better one. While the upgraded room was great, it should not take three complaints and a manager intervention to resolve a basic maintenance issue.
