All staff were friendly. Everything is at a walking distance. The breakfast is good, for dinner not many options.

Hotel had a great view of the falls

We stayed at the Sheraton Fallsview for three nights, and while the property itself is beautiful, our experience was disappointing. On our second night, we discovered a roach in our room. Housekeeping retrieved it promptly, but management informed us there were no comparable rooms available that evening to move us to. I expected a follow-up the next morning, yet no one contacted us until I reached out around noon. When I finally heard back, we were told we had to move to another floor so pest control could inspect the room. The move was presented as mandatory, not optional, and still no compensation or goodwill gesture was offered for the inconvenience. The new room was fine, but the lack of proactive communication or service recovery really undermined the stay. Even a simple apology or waived resort fee would have shown accountability and genuine hospitality. Unfortunately, this experience didn’t reflect the 10/10 service standard Sheraton Fallsview promotes. I hope management and Marriott corporate review this feedback seriously; guests deserve quicker resolution and better follow-through when something goes wrong.

La propiedad esta muy limpia, habitaciones espaciosas y hermoso hotel. Tuvimos el inconveniente de que a la llegada no tuvimos la habitacion solicitada con vista a las cataratas, pero la situacion fue solucionada al dia siguiente de manera rapida, muy bien gestionada por la Sra Vanja Vojnovic y el resto del personal de servicio, en especial la Sra Vojnovic excelente

Hotel was nice. Our room sucked. Our city view was mostly rooftop of another building. I was disappointed

The room overall was decent we had a side city view but could still see Niagara Falls, which was nice. The cleanliness could be improved a bit, but aside from that, we had a great stay!

Nothing. A Sheraton name but motel or one star hotel is much better than this horrible hotel. Never had any worse experience than this. The room is like a you are entering a jail. No window but just a wall. Dark and moldy. Shame on you Expedia that you mislead customers with your wrong information on your website.

I liked everything except finding the non valet parking garage

Great location! Fireworks from the pool with sparkling wine and charcuterie board well worth the price!

The water view room is different from the pictures shown. Parking is painful and more expensive than the price outside.
