I had a great overnight stay at the Sheraton Fallsview, the room was clean, the staff were wonderful and the waterfall view and location of this property cant be beat! When I come back in the Sunmer I'll definitely stay here again 😊

Lack of reception staff, 45 minutes to check in.

The staff at the front desk was super super slow. Our room type was sold out so we got “updated” to a room with only 1 king, we were a family of 4 and my kids had to sleep on a sofa bed. Also the water park closed at 8pm Saturday night and was only opened from 12 to 3 on Sunday!

Room was clean. Convince of the location.

They charged me 2 days parking when I get free parking with the casino. They didn't refund the $113 dollars. Will never book at the Sheraton again.

Best view of the falls in my opinion. Just know you’ll have to pay $50-$70 for parking.

Everything was great. From the clean room and comfortable beds to the amazing staff in every department that we had contact with.

The pool should be open later then 9pm other wise very clean very courteous and very comfortable

Everything was top tier. The room was amazing!!!! The staff was courteous, the hotel dinner buffet...chef's kiss. I would definitely love to come back.

We paid full price for our breakfast that was delivered to our too. Came in cardboard containers. Should be using actual plates!! Especially for the price we paid. They also forgot a few things and food was ice told by the time we got it! We were also charged TWICE for our stay! Nice with Expedia and again with the Sheraton! I will NEVER return

Front desk was exceptional at check in, house keeping was great as well. The two things I was not impressed with was the distance of parking and when I called front desk the following Thursday evening, to inquire about a double charge on my card, the person who I dealt with was not very professional and unfriendly. It’s unfortunate because aside from this particular person our experience was great.
