酒店管理系统混乱，乱扣费用，把不存在的费用强加在客人身上。

We stayed for two nights at the fallsview hotel, but were disappointed at how the hotel missed the house keeping for our room, even upon reminding the front desk a few times throughout the day, as we came back to the room in the afternoon to find out the room was left the same as it was when we left in the morning. When we came back to the hotel after dinner that night, no towels were replaced, no beds were made up, trash bins were all left full, and the worst of all was the shampoo and body wash were all out. We had to request for all the amenities on that night. It was a very disappointing experience at the hotel.

Not recommended, the pillows and bedding are not comfortable. I booked a view falls room, but I can't see the Horseshoe Falls. Hidden by trees.

The shared lobby bathroom was disgusting. The outdoor pool closed early so we didn’t get to use it. The room was really nice and spacious, the water view was amazing. Staff was lovely. Stayed one night, one adult, one child.

I want to start by saying that the customer service at the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel was truly top-notch. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, courteous, and genuinely tried to help. They listened to our concerns and treated us with kindness throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the quality of the room and the lack of communication overshadowed what should have been a memorable birthday trip. We arrived late in the evening and initially thought our room was beautiful. However, after a quick inspection, we immediately discovered several issues. The fireplace didn’t work, the refrigerator wasn’t cooling—which was especially important because we needed it to store our son’s medication—and the in-room safe was also not functioning. We reported everything to the front desk that night, and they documented the issues and told us we would be moved to another room the following morning. I want to start by saying the customer service at the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel was outstanding. The staff was professional, courteous, and genuinely tried to help throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing. Upon arriving, we discovered our fireplace, refrigerator, and in-room safe were all not working. The view was the main highlight of my stay. Waking up to the American falls outside my window is something I’ll miss. Conveniently located to many things. Polite staff. All good!

Everything was amazing as usual

Long check-in, rooms are very outdated. AC was very cold, and even though we tried to make it warmer, it didn't work. We had 4 rooms, and it was the same in all of them. Bill was incorrect, and we were charged for parking not used. This was a great hotel, but something happened, and now it is a terrible option.

Clean property, with a great location you can pretty well walk to everything from this location. Lots of things to do. Hotels buffet is not great and over priced just like every other hotel. Would stay here again.
