I liked that the hotel was within walking distance of Clifton Hill. It had a great view of the Falls. I didn’t like that parking wasn’t free and it didn’t provide a free continental breakfast. Also charged many fees that didn’t make sense.

The view on the 11th floor was amazing. The location was great. There are a lot of places to eat that are in walking distance. Treat yourself and get the Juliet balcony. View is beautiful. The room is comfortable although the carpet and furniture can use a cleaning. Staff is friendly. Self parking is $45 Canada $ which is a bit steep.

We stayed 2 nights for my son’s birthday and we had an amazing trip. The hotel is very nice and modernized. The lobby, amenities, hallways and room were very clean. The service was excellent and all staff were very attentive. Express checkout was very easy. We did use the waterpark and had dinner at Hard Rock Cafe. These were very nice too. The arcade beneath the hotel leads right onto Clifton hill. The view of the falls was nice. We were on the 10th floor. Access and location to Clifton hill was excellent as well. Overall we had an excellent stay and we would definitely return.
