They change 50 dollars a day for parking, unbelievable!!!

Everything was great besides the room not having No a/c. They wouldn’t switch our room and we had to sleep with balcony door open all night. We were there in April 2026

Stayed here recently and unfortunately the experience didn’t match expectations. We arrived late around 3am and were given two rooms… one directly beside the elevator with constant noise, and the other had a toilet making loud sounds throughout the night. Between the two rooms, neither of us were able to get proper sleep. We raised the issue with the hotel in the morning and were advised to contact Expedia, which didn’t feel like much ownership on the hotel’s side. The location is great and the property itself has potential, but room quality and noise control need serious attention. After a long day of travel, a good night’s sleep is the bare minimum… and unfortunately that wasn’t the case here.

Check-in was a long process. Very slow moving line, long convoluted process. given a room right near elevator which was very loud

Rooms were updated and clean. Parking is minimum $50 down the street in a parkade so be aware and add that to your grand total as it makes a huge difference price wise. We were woken up by people talking and running down the hallways early in the morning, and cleaning staff, regardless of check out being at 11am which was pretty disappointing as we got in very late and really wanted to sleep in.

I was really impressed with the hotel. Helpful and very friendly staff. The room was beautiful with an amazing view. I will definitely come back! It made my boyfriend’s birthday great! Thank you!

Clean and spacious room, great location, helpful staff.

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was lovely and they accommodated our request for room location and extra pillows. The staff throughout were really nice and accommodating, especially when we had checked out and I had to go back to the room when I realized I had left something behind. The cookies at check in are a nice touch as is the option to do mobile check in. Although that needs be more visible. We had added on breakfast to our stay which we wouldn’t do again. It was below what we thought the standards of this hotel should be. Our first breakfast - items where cold and the quality just wasn’t there. We’ve had better breakfast included at lower end hotels. Our second breakfast was slightly better but not much. Do the price, I expect way better and more options.

The view was amazing! And the breakfast buffet was perfect.

Parking cost was not specified not mention what is not good businesses practice. It is not fair and keeps scars .

I’ll start by saying: Edna the Egg lady and the view was worth all the troubles! We only had 36 hours to visit and we spent 3 of those being locked out of our room due to the keypads battery died. I get it, but they kept having us go back and forth downstairs to get it rekeyed the first few times before they finally had the security guard let us in. The next day we spent another 2 hours until the maintenance man was called to fix it! Plus The elevators are a nightmare!! By the way: Loved the fireplace and jacuzzi!!

I love it second time here and is just stunning real clean was in the 19 floor and views are breathtaking also the breakfast buffet very good

Overall, a great stay. No complaints.

Amazing Hotel

This is our third time visiting this area, though it is our first time staying at this Sheraton hotel. Room is clean,The breakfast service was excellent; however, the pool closed as early as 9:00 PM. The parking service, on the other hand, was very poor. Since I had a significant amount of luggage, I drove my car up after checking out to load the suitcases; the staff member proceeded to shout at me, my wife, and our two young children, which left me with a very negative impression.

It was good rooms were clean. Food was good. Lots of things within walking distance. The only downside is the offsite parking.

The room was clean and the staff were so nice, but we also added room decor and it's sad they didn't put in any effort for 110$ they put 6 balloons and called it a day
