Great service and comfortable stay during the honeymoon trip. We had a great time enjoying the stay in both Niagara Falls and Sheraton Fallsview

The view was farther than expected, and while the location is good since it’s close to the main street, it was really noisy until dawn with motorcycle sounds and poor soundproofing from the adjacent rooms. The mattress was also disappointing compared to the hotel's reputation.

I liked all about this hotel but the parking fee was our headache.

Floor is not clean and no shampoo is filled

Clean place with attentive staff all within easy reach of most attractions including the waterpark (although it could be closer)

The room was amazing. We had a falls view room with two queens and a sofa bed for the 5 of us. It had a beautiful view and sitting area with Juliet balcony. Such a quiet and peaceful respite from walking around the busy and exciting surroundings. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Electric fireplace was a nice touch. The bathroom was clean with really nice shower. The parking lot serves multiple buildings and the Waterpark so our only inconvenience was probably the trek from the parking garage through the buildings to get to the Sheraton lobby. Overall wonderful experience.

Great location. Accomodating staff. Starbucks inside. All was well. The buffet was a bit stressful and not worth the expense but otherwise a great place to stay.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was great—clean rooms, comfortable beds, and good amenities. However, the check-in process was a bit frustrating. It took longer than expected, and it wasn’t easy to find someone to help when I had a question. I had to go on the check in lines just to find assistance, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything else went smoothly and I enjoyed my time there.

Love this location when in Niagara Falls! You can’t beat the views.

Clifton hill is right there

The options for dining as well as activities were within walking distance, which made our stay more convenient. The staff was friendly. The housekeeping cleaned and changed the bedding, towels and amenities daily. My only critique is the process of how charges for lodging and meals are handled. There was a hold of 2 charges during check-in, another hold on the second, then a credit followed by 2 additional charges on the third day. After inquiring, I was informed all transactions and holds will clear on my final day and they did. Our overall service was good. We had a wonderful stay.
