On several occasions the water supply to the hotel was turned off. This was especially frustrating on the day we arrived. As a result, we delayed our booking-in and stayed with relatives longer than we had anticipated which was an inconvenience.

The motel was out of water when we got there. I think they knew it would be out that day . I got the feeling because the help behind the cointer wouldn't say why it was out. It did come back that same evening. I just tthank thay could have been more straight forward.

The stay was short so didnt get to use the hotel just for sleeping . The cleaning staff on our leaving was a bit testy

Not enough front end staff, had to wait for checkin. Late guests were rather noisy down the hall.

Hotel was great. Got woke up a few times in the night from police and ambulance sirens.

We had the pet room but the room had a wet dog smell. The bathroom had a mildew odour. The hotel indicated some option for some requests, such as, hand or body lotion but the receptionist simply said that they didn’t any. The best thing about the hotel was the grand lobby lounge with big comfy chairs and tables. We ordered a delicious pizza and had it there with our small dog. That was lovely.

A pool was advertised and there is NO POOL! If you want a quiet room, request a room with bathtub, the walk-in shower rooms are all on the main street and overlooking

The room was very clean. The air was frsh and cool. The beds were very confortable with lots of pillows. The complimentary breakfast buffet with the room is amazing. Incredible value for momey. We loved it.

Very quick check in and check out. Continental breakfast was very good and convenient. The room had very clean bedding. Would definitely stay here again.

The cleanliness of all spaces is very noticeable. The breakfast was also fresh and hot. All staff were very friendly. It was a little hard to find where to park our car upon arrival.

Clean rooms and felt safe staying here. Parking around the actual property is a bit awkward the retail/office places on the lower levels have access to the same parking from 9am-5pm. When you have luggage and need to transport that to your room without close parking, it is a huge pain.

The one staff member who checked us out was so nice....and he looked exactly like Jack Black! Our room was clean and the part of the hotel we were in (the other building)was relatively quiet. The breakfast was horrible. We generally use hotels with breakfasts included because we have kids and its just easier. The sausages were deep fried, the eggs had no taste and a weird texture, it was like the bacon was cooked and reheated and sopping in grease. One of my kids said the pancakes were ok. There was no mention of limited parking above ground which wouldn't have been a problem if the underground parking didn’t have a height limit. We have a roof rack so something as simple as parking was stressful. Location was convenient. Overall it was ok, but we would not stay there again.

Better signage needed. Everything is too far apart, room, check out parking
