Great location by transit and eateries. Nice staff. Would definitely recommend.

This was a very modern hotel. The room was clean, very comfortable and spacious. It was across the street from a tram that takes you to the center of town. I would highly recommend it.

We loved our stay here! Felt like paradise! Air conditioning in September was a MUST and much appreciated. Wonderful breakfast, awesome location, would stay again!

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help us, even with a complicated luggage shipping issue. They printed the necessary documents, patiently helped us organize our suitcase, and thanks to them the process was successful. Overall, the service was warm and professional. We left with a wonderful experience and would definitely come back.

Nice comfortable beds, good breakfast options, bus station right across the street of the hotel. Restaurants are in walking distance for a quick bite. On the whole we enjoyed our stay.

Good hotel , clean, except some mold in the shower . Staff members are friendly It is not very close to the shopping area ! Its either a 20 minutes walk or you can use the public transit

Lobby staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable- a good mattress and great pillows. Room was clean. Shower was great. The pool is small and beds always ran out, as everyone returned to the pool for the afternoons when it was hottest. The lobby restaurant was poor. Service very slow and we received a raw burger!

Very nice staff. Clean hotel. Clean rooms. Clean pool. Very close to public transport (1 minute walk). Metro, busses, tram, and the airport bus. All stops are in the front of this hotel. It was a pleasure for me to stay here.

Suite had ample room for our family of 4. The king size bed AND sofa were a much welcomed luxury at the end of a long day if exploring!

The area

Good place easy to get to main Seville activities for tourists. Did not allow for an early check in but took bags. Pool not very deep. Was quiet beds and slept well.

Super friendly staff, lovely clean rooms with plenty of mirrors and accessories. Coffee/tea facilities. Plenty of buses and trams taking you in and out of town centre within 10 mins - stops directly outside hotel. I personally loved the huge shower in the bathroom.

The hotel is extremely well located—just 5 minutes from the city center, with the Viapol metro, tramway, and taxi stand right across the street, making it very easy to get around. That said, it can be a bit noisy on weekends. The staff were genuinely kind and especially attentive with children, which made the stay feel welcoming and family-friendly. The suite was spacious and practical for a family. However, a few details could be improved: we noticed some cleanliness issues under the bed, the bathroom door didn’t close properly, and the shower drain could use better maintenance. Breakfast was convenient but significantly overpriced than local cafés just around the corner, which offered good alternatives.
