Clean and comfortable room, staff all friendly and helpful. Dinner in the restaurant excellent.

Stayed for a girls’ weekend with five friends. We felt well looked after and all the staff were lovely. Rooms are very comfortable and well equipped, the spa facilities are really good (extra charge but well worth it) and the food at dinner and breakfast was excellent. Recommend!

Super spa … and treatment

Fab room following an upgrade to a superior room. Staff all so friendly and helpful. Gym facilities excellent and although we didn’t have time for the spa it also looked great. Bar and dining was not inexpensive but it was very tasty with excellent service. Well done fairlawns you made it a lovely stay!

We stayed here for a break as we have 3 children at home. We hadnt been away for 3 years so had high expectations. It didnt disappoint. We had a lovely time. The staff were so friendly, the food was the best we have tasted in a long time and the room was so clean and spacious. The restaurant had a really buzzing atmosphere too. Would recommend to anyone

Absolutely amazing place to stay. The pool, thermal room, sauna and hot tubs were all perfect. Clean and tidy. Would definitely stay here again.

i did not feel i got value for money, £158 for a room only. Use of the SPA, gym anything else was extra.

Great hotel for a weekend couples break. I booked as it was my wedding weekend and the staff were lovely and very accommodating, went the extra way to make our stay special and I really appreciate it.

Such a perfect stay. The staff are wonderful and extremely attentive, the room was delightful and we got a free upgrade to a suite. The food was delicious (especially dinner in the restaurant) and the spa was just what we needed. Would definitely return

You need to tell people about the renovations when they book not twenty four hours before they arrive by email. This isn’t fair! We had travelled a long way to go to a funeral and had hope to catch up with an old friend for a drink but there was no bar and a very limited menu for dinner. The staff were very apologetic but that’s not their job is it! We were given a free breakfast which was good but the overall feeling on leaving the hotel and parting with our £200 was disappointment!

We stay at Fairlawns regularly. Rooms are clean, comfortable and very well maintained. The staff are terrific and dinner always delicious.
