This hotel was located in the perfect place to be able to walk to everything. It was excellent value for money considering the price we paid - we were pleasantly surprised!

Right in the center on city. Can walk to shopping & restaurants. Good city tour operators close bye. Seemed safe and was quiet. Staff very courtesy and professional. Difficult to drive to and parking outside would be impossible. Hotel parking in basement limited and expensive.

The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The receptionists were very helpful with tips on where and how to go to the Alhambra and other famous places. There are many good restaurants and shops near the hotel. The Cathedral and the Monasterio de San Geronimo were just a 10-15 min walk.

el aire acondicionado no baja de 24 grados, lo programas asi para ahorrar, en espana no se estila el aire pero pasamos un calor horrible en la propiedad. tuve que solicitar me pudusieran ventilaor pq no resistiamos el calor

Room was clean and the location was good. The shower pressure was good, however the water drained from the tub was slow.

Very bad smell on 3rd floor, also reached inside into the room.

Everything excellent at the facility, truly top world class. Only for planning: driving around the area of the hotel is literally impossible.

Lovely stay close to all the important old parts of the city but in a quiet and accessible location

We were greeted most graciously and let into our room well before stated check in time. The room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the location was perfect for exploring Central downtown Granada and the hotel provided luggage storage while we explored on our checkout day. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is centrally located; it is a short walk to Plaza Nuevo, the Cathedral and Alcaiceria. The breakfast was extensive: fresh fruit and juice, tortilla Espanola, ham, cheese, and even cava. The beds were comfortable.

The staff is amazing and the hotel rooms are spacious , clean and very comfortable. We experienced the country blackout event during our stay and the staff was very supporting and safe at all times !! Parking is very convenient. Highly recommended. We were 3 couples in 3 rooms and 1 senior couple and accessibility was provided
