The room was actually nice and quite spacious especially the lobby, and the staff were helpful. However, the housekeeping was not very thorough. There were many ants and overrun by insects in the room, even on the bed and I found leftover food from the previous guest in the refrigerator. The room corridor also looks disturbingly creepy, almost like sinister atmosphere.

this hotel was wonderful. there is a pool that u can use to swim, however, its very small, likely only children can use it comfortably. the access is very wide, and its only 4 min by walk from mrt bencoolen to this hotel. very recommended!

From the check in to check out all was good. Front desk staff and cleaners were very friendly. I noted some mosquitoes and one bed bug thus recommend fumigation. Thank you

for that price I should get a more decent room!! I ordered a double deluxe but was given a twin deluxe for an unreasonable reason.

It's quite close to the MRT station. The place is okay, but there's no bidet in the bathroom.

The hotel is close to the MRT, close to Bugis, and has easy access to everything. It's just a bit old, but clean, with small rooms and friendly staff.

The biggest issue was the room quality; the furniture was quite old, the wooden floor was blistered, and the black grout in the bathroom looked very dirty. Everything else was good: the breakfast was delicious and high-quality, the location is very central and right next to a train station, making it convenient to travel to many places. Personally, I think if you are not too concerned about the room's condition, this is a well-priced hotel for a holiday.

Good enough for me and my wife. The location is convenient, pretty close to the MRT station. The food was nice, even though the variety was limited.

Stayed for 3 nights. One person using a wheelchair was allowed to check in before 12 noon. The complimentary breakfast was decent, including toast, Fanta, and water. There's a Putra Minang restaurant next door, a mosque, and an MRT station. The bathroom doesn't have a bidet. Parking is behind the hotel.

It was an amazing experience staying at Bencoolen Hotel. I was with 2 seniors and my wife, they enjoyed the vibes and the location. They served a decent breakfast as well. This hotel is good if you stay with seniors.

Best hotel.. close to MRT, bus station, Bugis, Fort Canning, close to eating places, there is a mosque next to the hotel, breakfast is okay compared to having to look for breakfast outside.. the room is always tidy..

Consider clean with slow moving lift, convenience to the city, beside mosque and Padang restaurant.
