Cool vibe. Great area. Rooms appear modern but in the daylight the rooms are in need of repair - desk chairs are chipped and seating is very worn. Flooring had gaps where planks had separated from the others. Long wait for the valet to retrieve cars as there is only one person manning the valet desk - he was awesome but a fair amount of people were waiting.

Third time staying there and it was the same excellent room and service.

Unsafe and Unacceptable Experience Upon checking in, I felt as if I had stepped into a horror movie. The room was filthy, the shared bathroom was in disarray, and the overwhelming stench of sewage made me feel utterly unsafe and unprotected. The odor was intolerable, leaving me no choice but to leave immediately and find accommodations elsewhere. This hotel is grossly overpriced given the deplorable conditions. I strongly believe this hotel should be removed from Expedia’s listings, as it is not suitable to recommend to any traveler.

The location was very convenient to the main sites.

When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk stated that they did not have a reservation for me. I showed them my confirmation from Expedia and they spent a few minutes trying to locate my reservation without success. I asked if they a room available and they said no, and told me to contact Expedia. No apology, no offer of assistance. With no affordable rooms in nearby hotels and with no place to stay, I got in my car and drove 3+ hours home. I have used Expedia for over 20 years for many stays, flights, and car rentals and this has never happened before. Expedia customer service assisted me with a refund and contacted the hotel. The hotel suddenly had a room available for me to check in, after I’d already given up and gone home. For me, this was a major inconvenience, but for a traveler coming from much farther away, this would have been disastrous. The hotel looked very nice, modern, and stylish. Location is fantastic. I wish I could have actually stayed.

The hotel is comfy and clean and close to everything we wanted to do. And the staff was so accommodating- we got stranded due to the Air Canada strike and they were happy to extend our stay.

Parking vehicles is inconvenient and takes too long

The check-in process was not great. As we were excited to get to Montreal, we got there around 1pm. Walk-in for check in and we were not greated. She just told us check-in is at 4 and that I parked wrong. Then she sent me to someone else. Then they checked us in and told u to go give are keys to the valet. We waited 25minutes for the valet to show up. The staff is not great but the restaurant staff are amazing and the rooms are beautiful.

I did like how this hotel was cheap, but that was about it. The reviews for this hotel were quite high when we booked it, however, the services that were listed under this hotel were not accurately listed. They claimed to have a restaurant, a bar and 24/7 room services (food, drinks, etc.) The "restaurant" was not open until 4:00 pm, the bar closed at 9:00 pm and when we called the 24/7 service line, there was no answer. The services were lacking, and also the rooms were not entirely clean - the room I stayed in had stains on the sheets. When the workers came in to clean the rooms they left all the drink glasses and seemed to really only make the bed. They offer up a patio area outside on the lobby floor for people to sit, but we sat out there on a sunny afternoon and the cushions weren't even put out on the furniture. Also, the refrigerators in the room do not work at all. I personally wasn't expecting a lot from the location of this hotel because of the price and I was aware that it was further from Old Montreal. However, it didn't seem like a safe area and it was quite dirty. Overall, I do not recommend booking this hotel and will not come back.

I loved the proximity to my daughter's place as well as being able to walk down to Old Montreal and be along Saint Laurent for meals and shopping. The hotel was very clean and spacious.

Given that Sherbrooke is a major artery, including for emergency vehicles, it is better to request a room facing south.

Very convenient location within a reasonable walking distance to popular neighborhoods, tourist attractions, and restaurants, etc. Renovated and clean rooms. Personable staff.

The worst hotel ever been the floor in my room was cracked the put tape on it I stepped on some cracks spots has no tape my toes got cut we had to put shoes on while in the room the walls in the bathroom also cracked we will never ever go back there also outside the front door of the hotel has broken wire all over parking garage is dirty and creepy

the rooms are great the gym was a pleasant surprise and its in a great part of town with easy access to the entire west end.
