Hotel 10 is walking distance to many amenities It was 10 min walk to McGill. Felt secure. The rooms were spacious and clean. Will definitely be staying here again.

Front desk staffs were nice and speaks English fluently. The room was kept clean everyday by the cleaners. We were happy for easy parking--had a free valet parking. The place is close to restaurants and very convenient to walk around downtown. We enjoyed our stay specially the complimentary coffee-- nespresso every morning in the room. The only down side is, only one elevator is functioning during our stay. The main lobby is spacious with comfy seats. The hotel smells good too even the hallway.

Nice hotel in a convenient location. Very walkable around the city from the location. Not the fanciest of hotels but everything worked well. parking is well organised.

The room was horribly noisy because of the ventilation system, which ran overnight starting at 8:30 PM. I believe the staff would have switched our room if the hotel hadn’t been fully booked that night. If you’re sensitive to noise, be cautious.

Overall good stay.
Good Location - walkable to downtown core as well as shopping streets. Typically quiet area but it can be noisy throughout the night with sirens, windows are not sound proof/limiting. Over the weekend you will hear loud music coming from the club. Walls between rooms are thin. Cleanliness is average and could be better. Linens had hair from previous guests as well as blood stains.
Check In and Check Out and other service are quick and friendly.
Safe and secure parking garage for a fee.

I really enjoyed the location, it was perfectly close to so many amazing neighbourhoods, with lots of night life and dining options. Despite being on two busy roads the hotel itself was very quiet and peaceful.

I really loved it! This hotel is small but really well run. I liked how modern the interior was and how nice the staff was. The room was nice and spacious, the bed was nice and combed was so nice and comfortable. The only "complaint" i have is that they don't keep water bottle stocked in the hotel room. I asked concierge and they said that hey do have the option for you to buy it from them or to go to the gas station across the street to get it. Its a minor inconvenience which is why I didnt give them a 5 star

Fantastic location. Friendly staff. Unfortunate noise from city work outside and we had no water for 1/2 day, but they gave us notice and provided bottled water. A great base to explore the Plateau and Place des Artes area.

Comfortable room and bath, good quality materials. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. Its location was very convenient for wandering into the Quartier des Spectacles, Place des Arts, and near the UQAM.
