Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The location is very good. Walking distance to St Denis Street with good choices of restaurants, including my favorite, L’Express. It was an easy walk to Saint Catherine Street with shopping and theaters, including MTelus.

Hotel 10 represents the ideal value I look for in a hotel when on business. It's still near the main business district so I can walk or take a short Uber. The hotel is clean and well laid out, and although it may not have all the amenities of more expensive hotels it still has the key things I want.
A decent breakfast option.
A small but well kept gym.
The staff are professional and friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious.

The room was very clean, nice and well laid-out. We appreciate properties where we can come and go without needing to walk across a large lobby or constantly having to engage with people (introverts here!) and this space definitely worked very well for us :)
The staff was friendly and helpful while also appearing genuine and definitely not too pushy. Checking in and out was an absolute breeze.

Room was very very dirty. They provided very thin toilet paper. The valet was very rude and disrespectful. They charged me for parking at the start until I came again and requested a refund since parking should’ve been free. I would like to request a refund. This is nowhere near a 4 star hotel. I went there to celebrate my wife’s birthday. And it was the worst experience ever.

Good location and pretty good stay. My wife is always bummed by the lighting in many hotels, including this one. She also disdains the lack of a make-up mirror. Other than that, not bad although $26 plus tax and tip for a continental breakfast, which we skipped, seems a bit steep.
