I booked because this was listed as a room with breakfast included and with a gym in the hotel.
I was told that the gym was not open due to renovations, and that the restaurant was not open so no breakfast can be offered.
I told that to the receptionist, asking for a compensation. She said someone would call me about it. Didn’t receive a call.
I tried to complain directly to Expedia customer’s service and the only available option was through the AI chat that didn’t understand my customer service request.
Very poor experience
