All ok

Quiet, huge pool, excellent dinners

if you are staying in the summer month I wound not. they have NO ac and it's very hot at night and humid. there beds are hard and pillows are not comfortable.

Hotel is good value for money and the staff were very helpful with numerous queries that come from 15 tired cyclists. The food at dinner was excellent quality and very good value, with a varied menu. Only shame was they could not provide dinner any earlier than a 9pm sit down. Breakfast was basic but plentiful. Pool was not in order which should have been mentioned before arrival. Did not bother us this time but would have been disappointed had we been with Children. Rooms were fairly basic but clean and everything worked as it should.

She's old,but clean and has something interesting to offer in as much the grounds,building structure and village of Elizando. The drive from Pamplona was dramatic and beautiful,well worth the time.The people,even with language barrier,i.e. can't understand each other.Somehow we were able to communicate.(what's that tell you about human nature). I want to go back and do it all over.

Overall, we were disappointed with the hotel. We hadn't expected to be charged in advance of the stay. The receptionist was unfriendly to the point of rudeness, the hotel was in desparate need of refurbishment - especially the lift which could be heard working from our room - despite being it at the opposite end of the hotel to the lift. The room was clean but again, in need of refurbishment. The restaurant food was palatable and there was a good choice on the menu. There are lot of other hotels in Elizondo - next time, I'll look further.

Personal muy amable. Hay mucho sitio para aparcar. Las vistas desde la habitacion muy bonitas. Ambiente muy tranquilo

Aunque no conozco la zona a fondo como para poder opinar con conocimiento de causa, creo que es el único hotel de verdad en los alrededores. Cuando utilice los distintos buscadores, solo encontré hostales o casas individuales. Este hotel tiene instalaciones bastante aceptables, buena zona de aparcamiento y las habitaciones son espaciosas. Buen trato y gran amabilidad por parte de la recepcionista. Buen establecimiento.

Hôtel très bien pour une nuit. Rien de particulier dans les environs. Personnel sympathique, essaye de se débrouiller à satisfaire le client malgré le problème de la langue.

Hotel de 3 estrellas correcto. La cama podria haber sido mas còmoda.

Hotel antiguo y necesitado de mejoras. No tiene aire en las habitaciones y son pequeñas. Eso sí, está en el centro del Valle, los empleados amables y tiene restaurante en el hotel y alrededores

Nuitée retour de vacances hôtel propre un peu bruyant à 7h du matin du fait de l’enlèvement des poubelles ! Mais à part cela rien à dire personnel super sympathique mis à part à la réception personne pas très souriante !

Lad instalaciones necesitan renovarse. Esta exactamente igual que hace 40 aňos.

Bon séjour, belle vue sur les montagnes. Très bon petit déjeuner. Bon repas à la cafétéria personnel Très sympa.

Necesita remodelar y màs comodidades en la habitación

Sin aparcamiento, lleno. Y sin aire acondicionado !muchoooo calor!!!

Fácil aparcamiento, muy cerca de Elizondo, gran piscina aunque aún no funcionaba. Buen desayuno y personal amable

Hotel vieillissant mais très propre et tres bizn entretenu. Les chambres sous les toits sont jolies.
