Me encantó la habitación pero he de decir que faltaba un poco más de limpieza, pues el teléfono estaba bastante sucio y le faltaba un buen ambientador a la habitación. Pues, se sentía el olor del cliente anterior. Lo restante excelente la cena , el atendimiento de los camareros de barra y comedor y recepción la mujer muy amable y atenta.

if you are staying in the summer month I wound not. they have NO ac and it's very hot at night and humid. there beds are hard and pillows are not comfortable.

Hotel is good value for money and the staff were very helpful with numerous queries that come from 15 tired cyclists.
The food at dinner was excellent quality and very good value, with a varied menu. Only shame was they could not provide dinner any earlier than a 9pm sit down.
Breakfast was basic but plentiful.
Pool was not in order which should have been mentioned before arrival. Did not bother us this time but would have been disappointed had we been with Children.
Rooms were fairly basic but clean and everything worked as it should.

She's old,but clean and has something interesting to offer in as much the grounds,building structure and village of Elizando. The drive from Pamplona was dramatic and beautiful,well worth the time.The people,even with language barrier,i.e. can't understand each other.Somehow we were able to communicate.(what's that tell you about human nature). I want to go back and do it all over.

Overall, we were disappointed with the hotel. We hadn't expected to be charged in advance of the stay. The receptionist was unfriendly to the point of rudeness, the hotel was in desparate need of refurbishment - especially the lift which could be heard working from our room - despite being it at the opposite end of the hotel to the lift. The room was clean but again, in need of refurbishment. The restaurant food was palatable and there was a good choice on the menu. There are lot of other hotels in Elizondo - next time, I'll look further.

Aunque el hotel tiene unos años, es la tercera vez que me hospedaba en él, está en buen estado de mantenimiento. Me pareció que está bien cuidado.
No me gustó el hecho de que al llegar a recepción, me dirigiera en euskera a la persona que nos atendió, y no tuviera una mínima formación como para, al menos, responder al saludo en el idioma autóctono del Baztan. Creo que hay que cuidar ese tipo de detalles.

Instalaciones en general muy viejitas pero todo limpio y cuidado. Se nota que el hotel tiene años pero para dormir una noche más que suficiente y muy correcto. Muy tranquilo integrado en la naturaleza. Muy bien comunicado. El personal de recepción muy amable. Nosotros tuvimos un problema con la ducha y en compensación nos invitaron a desayunar a nosotros y a la pareja que viajaba con nosotros. Es de agradecer.
