This hotel was gross. Staff was nice enough but the building is in need of a total gut renovation. Everything smelled and was dirty. It's at the end of a log road and you literally drive by an abandoned Ramada Inn that looks straight out of a zombi movie to get there.

Room was clean and quiet. I had a room in the back which was perfect.

Parking can be limited

Shower needed work and mattress was okay but not great. Good breakfast and very good service.

The room was exceptionally clean, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious! We will use this hotel every time we return to Shreveport.

Everything was great except not enough carts to carry out at checkout

Place is run down, waited 30 minutes to check in

The property was nice, room was nice, spacious and clean. The shower had low water pressure and didn’t get hot.

The hotel itself fine. Area around the hotel was very sketchy. There’s an abandoned, vandalized old Ramada Inn that needs to be torn down right next-door to the property.

We really enjoyed our our stay and will definitely bebokling hereafain. The staff was great and romm was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this location.

I liked that I had a very peaceful experience. There was no noise in the hallways or interruptions in my stay. The room was clean and the pool was pleasant. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was hot and delicious.

Rooms were not thoroughly cleaned. Apparent that it was just surface cleaning between guests.

It was amazing. Everything was superb.
